Senior Management

Raif Inan

Raif Inan, an entrepreneur and investor, is the founder and chairman of AIRA Group. He has profound experience at executive and strategic level with expertise in the energy sector through his global investments in renewable energy, energy technologies, project development, energy production and waste to energy.

Naveed Amirzada

Co-founder of Venn Energy, Naveed Amirzada brings over fifteen years of experience in renewable energy project development, project management, and business development to the firm. Naveed’s experience includes corporate strategy development and implementation, identification of target markets, assessing market structures and competition, strategic land acquisition, procurement, bid management, and M&A transactions of utility scale solar and wind projects. Naveed has extensive renewable energy project management expertise preparing and managing the bid process for over 2GW of renewable energy projects, including involvement at various stages of over 1GW of projects currently in operation in local and international markets.

Geoff Stoker-Lavelle

Co-founder of Venn Energy, Geoff Stoker-Lavelle brings to the firm over fifteen years of executive level experience in the renewable energy sector, and an additional five years in international business development and corporate finance. Geoff’s expertise includes corporate strategy and implementation, managing complex M&A transactions, project development, forming and managing strategic partnerships, and successfully delivering projects through competitive bid processes. Geoff has extensive expertise building a successful international development business through targeted project acquisition of high value development assets, managing transactions from origination through project implementation.

Muren Guler

Partner and Head of Asia Pacific & Europe at Venn Energy, Muren Guler brings to the firm over fifteen years of hands-on experience in global renewable energy project development and investment, project management and business development. Muren’s experience includes project origination, development, / co-development, Joint ventures, strategic alliances, deal structuring, fundraising, negotiation, sell / buy side advisory in M&A transactions and EPC Management. Muren has extensive expertise in origination, execution and providing technical & commercial consultancy at various stages of over 2 GW utility scale solar and wind projects globally. Muren holds MSc in Energy Technologies and Management.

Güray EROL

Guray is the General Manager of Artibir Energy. Before joining Artibir in March 2021, he had held management positions in a number of reputable companies as well as government agencies in Turkey and abroad including Dogus Holding, Turkerler Holding and last but not least, RES Anatolia Holding, the Turkish entity of RES Group, a prominent global renewable energy company, expert in project development in wind, solar and energy storage activities with a portfolio over 19 GW. He has extensive knowledge and experience in project development, investment, project finance and M&A deals on wind, geothermal and hydroelectric power projects.

Zeynep Bingol

Head of Legal & Compliance at Artıbir Group, Zeynep specialises in Turkish corporate law and has extensive experience drafting, negotiating, and finalizing transaction agreements for mergers, demergers, and M&A projects, such as share and asset purchase agreements, joint ventures, and shareholders agreements. Zeynep has more than 15 years of experience covering cross-border M&A and private equity transactions, joint ventures, corporate law, IP law, energy law, and construction law. After working for six years in France, Zeynep held management positions in various companies in Turkey, including at Deloitte and RES Anatolia Holding, where she provided extensive corporate legal services for the company's operations and investments.

Osman Kucukcinar

Osman has been the CFO of Artibir Enerji since August 2021. He started his career as an Assistant Auditor after he graduated from Bogazici University in 1997. He worked for Eximbank from 1998-2003 as a Project Finance Analyst for Eregli Demir Celik A.S. In 2007. After that, he became the Senior Finance Manager at Turk Telekom. He was Deputy Manager of Borsa Istanbul from 2015-2017 and then worked as a consultant with Pozitif Danismanlik and as CFO at Gubretas before joining Artibir Enerji.

Can Tuzer

Can is Business Development and Strategy Director at Artibir Enerji. Can has 15+ years of experience in renewable energy, having worked in project development, equity investments, asset operation, and portfolio management. He worked at Exus Management Partners, an investment and asset management firm focused on the global renewable energy sector, and at Crescent Capital, the investment advisor and general partner to the Clean Energy Transition Fund.

Abdullah Sahin

Abdullah is the Operations Director of Artibir Enerji with 20 years of experience in engineering, construction, project management, operations & maintenance of renewable and non-renewable energy plants. He has served in project management and technical consultant positions in a number of African, Middle Eastern, and South Asian countries. Throughout his business life, Abdullah has worked in project management, operation, and maintenance tasks on conventional and renewable power plants over 6700 MW.

Cansu Ozkul

Cansu is Project Finance Coordinator at Venn Artibir Group. She has bachelor degree on Economics and master degree on Management Development. She has started her career in renewable energy and she is passionate about it. She is specialized on project-based budgeting, expense tracking, banking, accounting and reporting through 7 years in the industry. Cansu brings hands on experience on company setup, structuring and SPV Management as well as financial planning of project development activities and project management. She has experience on both solar energy and wind energy projects which have over 1 GW installed power in total.

Sultan Avtepe Saatci

Corporate Communications Director at AIRA Group, Sultan has 15+ years' experience in various disciplines; strategic communications, crisis management, media relations, stakeholder management, internal and external communications. Sultan has worked for both local and multinational firms operating in a diverse range of sectors; energy, chemicals, waste and biomass, automotive, entertainment. She is an effective communicator at all levels within an organization.

Andrew Coughlan

Senior Grid Advisor to VA Group, Andrew has over 10 years experience in the development, design, and delivery of Australian utility scale renewable energy projects. Andrew has made continuous contributions to the industry through development, design, construction management and commissioning of well over 3GW of projects with broad experience across the wind, solar and energy storage sectors in Australia. Andrew brings a wealth of experience gained through previous posts as a divisional manager for a Tier 1 energy storage and solar EPC, a principal renewable energy specialist design engineer, an authorised high voltage operator and as a grid connection engineer.
